What services do you offer?
We work across five practice areas, all in-house: luxury construction and finishing, remodeling and renovation, interior design and space planning, project management, and consulting. Every project is carried by a single accountable team from brief through to final handover.
Do you handle new builds as well as renovations?
Yes. We manage construction from initial conceptualisation to final completion across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We also remodel or renovate existing spaces of any scale, whether residential or commercial.
Can you take on interior design separately from construction?
Yes. Our interior design team works on space planning and full interior schemes on a standalone basis. When the same client also engages us for construction, both teams work in lock-step so the brief carries cleanly from drawings to finished space.
Who runs the project day-to-day?
Every engagement is assigned a dedicated project manager who coordinates architects, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring the build stays on schedule and within budget. You have a single point of contact throughout.
Do you offer advice before we commit to a build?
Yes. Our consulting service covers feasibility studies, cost estimation, construction techniques, materials selection, and sustainable practices, so you can make an informed decision before committing.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on scope. After the initial brief, we produce a fully documented schedule with milestone dates and materials lead times, agreed in writing before any site work begins.
